Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Certification to administer immunizations as permitted by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your pharmacy team to provide safe, accurate and compassionate care.

• Accurately fill and verify prescriptions while complying with state and federal regulations.
• Provide patient counseling on medications, including proper use and interactions.
• Oversee immunizations administration and ensure services meet standards.
• Maintain pharmacy records, inventory, and security per policy and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with providers, insurers, and internal teams to coordinate patient care.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive, high-performing workplace.
• Ensure audits and regulatory compliance are consistently met.
• Engage with the local community and participate in wellness initiatives.
