Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information is accurate and patient safety is maintained.
• Provide compassionate patient counseling and teamwork.
• Coach and lead pharmacy staff to uphold CVS workflow and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Assist in immunizations and preventive care where permitted.
• Manage inventory and maintain proper cold chain procedures.
