Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree (Bachelors or PharmD) and current SC Pharmacist license or eligible for SC licensure.
- 3+ years of experience in health-system pharmacy practice.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction and supervision of pharmacy staff at the North Campus.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling and workflows to meet workload and quality standards.
- Collaborate with providers and leadership to implement and improve quality management programs.
- Administer policies and procedures on a day-to-day basis.
- Perform evaluations for staff and support professional development.
