Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Manager for an on-site location in Anderson, SC. The role leads the pharmacy team, ensures patient-centered care, and upholds safety and regulatory standards while coordinating with store leadership and supporting staff development.

The position requires an active pharmacist license in South Carolina and 1–2 years’ experience, with a focus on immunizations, counseling, and efficient operation of pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide patient-centered care and counsel.
• Oversee prescription processing and immunization services with attention to safety and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Support inventory management, scheduling, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the store leadership to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
