CVS Health in Virginia is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a store pharmacy team, provide exceptional patient care, counsel patients, and ensure safe prescription dispensing and immunization services.

You will coach staff, manage workflow, uphold regulatory compliance, and partner with the Store Manager to maintain a strong patient experience. Anticipated hours are 40 per week with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ensure patient safety through accurate prescription labeling and dispensing.
• Coach and lead pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Manage pharmacy operations in compliance with regulations.
• Provide immunizations and clinical care where permissible.
