CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager who leads a pharmacy team to deliver patient‑centered care in a fast paced retail setting. You will ensure safe dispensing, counseling, and immunization services while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong patient relationships.

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and scheduling, and you will collaborate with the Store Manager to sustain a high performing team. 40 hours weekly with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Experience as a Pharmacist is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver patient care with empathy.
• Oversee dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and CVS policies.
• Coach staff, monitor performance, and manage onboarding.
• Maintain inventory controls and safe handling of meds.
