Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Washington state is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead direct patient care and wellness services within our pharmacy team. You will play a key role in disease state management and optimizing medication therapy while building strong relationships with patients and the community.

The position requires a Pharm.D or Pharmacy degree, active licensure, and immunizer certification, with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or NABP FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability
