Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a proactive team focused on direct patient care and wellness services within a store pharmacy. You will manage disease state management, optimize medication therapy, and support acute and chronic condition care.

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will supervise staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with leadership to implement profitability initiatives while providing excellent patient-centered care to the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability.
