Qualificações

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

Responsabilidades

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot quickly to meet needs, ensure prescription accuracy
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people, respond to patient reactions
• Communication Skills: effective verbal and written interaction with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate totals, days supply, and bottle counts
• Problem Resolution: address challenging interactions with options and actions
• Physical Demands: mobility, lifting, bending, visual acuity
• Team Management and Leadership: lead by example, delegate tasks, coach and mentor team
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
