• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide accurate counseling and safe dispensing.
• Coach and lead pharmacy team for performance and customer care.
• Demonstrate effective communication with patients and colleagues.
• Manage workflow and maintain OSHA and safety standards.
• Lead by example and develop staff through feedback and mentoring.
