You will oversee staffing, training, workflow, inventory, and performance reviews, partnering with store leadership to ensure safe dispensing, accurate labeling, and timely service to our customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy team with accountability for patient care and counseling.
• Ensure safe and compliant dispensing, immunization services, and inventory management.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training of technicians and pharmacists.
• Maintain scheduling, performance reviews, and store operations.

Education
