GRX Holdings, LLC is seeking a Full Time Pharmacy Manager for Medicap Pharmacy in Marshalltown, IA. The role oversees all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient services, supervision of staff, and compliance with state laws.

Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with potential Saturday coverage at Nevada and Grundy Center locations. The ideal candidate will counsel patients, manage technicians, and maintain accurate billing and inventories while supporting company initiatives and

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with responsibility for overall store operations
• Experience in supervising pharmacy technicians
• Ability to counsel patients and ensure compliance with laws and standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations
• Fill prescriptions and counsel patients
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and ensure accuracy
• Maintain billing in compliance with insurance plans
• Provide staff training and ensure compliance with laws
• Communicate with Regional Director of Operations
• Cover Saturday shifts at other locations as needed
• Maintain Immunization Certification and promote clinics
