Job summary

GRX Holdings, LLC, a privately held company based in West Des Moines owning 40 pharmacy locations, seeks a Full Time Pharmacy Manager for Medicap Pharmacy in Marshalltown, IA. Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with potential Saturday coverage at other locations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, counseling patients, and ensuring compliant pharmacy operations. The role emphasizes delivering quality personal service, maintaining state licenses, and supporting corporate initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA) or Pharm.D from accredited pharmacy college.
• Four to ten years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the pharmacy operations, including patient services, administration, and personnel supervision.
• Fill prescriptions, counsel patients, and supervise Pharmacy Technicians.
• Ensure services comply with professional standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain immunization certification and promote related clinics in the area.
• Develop staff and provide ongoing performance feedback.

Education

Bachelor's degree or Pharm.D.
