Responsibilities

• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and comply with laws and policies.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain Good Faith Dispensing practices with controlled substances laws.
• Collaborate with store manager on business opportunities and community outreach.
• Maintain pharmacy IT systems knowledge and support staff and patients.
• Resolve insurance claims and coordinate with providers to prevent rejections.
• Provide immunizations and diagnostic/testing services as applicable.
