Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Pharmacy Manager for a new in-clinic setting in Shallotte, NC. Oversee daily dispensing operations, clinical care, and staff coaching while building strong relationships with consumers and clinic partners.

The role requires a PharmD or B.Pharm, NC pharmacist license, and immunizer certification or plan to obtain within 3 months. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with a focus on quality and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in North Carolina.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds relationships to meet needs.
• Serves as expert to the clinical staff and meets with their team on clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and schedules.
• Ensures policies and standards are followed per state and federal laws.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Responsible for financial profitability and growth opportunities in the pharmacy.
• Motivates and coaches pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Promotes a team environment reflecting core values and culture.
• Supports recruitment of talent for pharmacy roles.
• Reviews KPIs with staff and identifies trends for improvement.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

Current pharmacist's license in North Carolina

Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
