Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team within our retail network. You will supervise daily operations, ensure compliance, and coach staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care and immunization services.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the store's state.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the pharmacy team to deliver patient care.
• Oversee bench shifts and coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure safe, accurate dispensing and immunizations.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and CVS policies.
• Onboard new staff and support licensure training.
• Oversee inventory and protect cold chain products.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to maintain staffing and culture.
• Review business metrics and drive improvement actions.
