Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Lead and develop a pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Immunize patients and support technicians in clinical services.
• Maintain compliance with state boards and CVS policies.
• Coach, onboard, and evaluate pharmacy staff and ensure licensure training.
