Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Everett, WA to lead patient-centered care within our Safeway store. You will oversee a professional pharmacy team and ensure high-quality service to our community.

You will deliver direct patient care, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, recruit and train staff, and collaborate with store leadership to improve outcomes and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D and active license in state of practice.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• 1 year supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability.
