Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on tasks and ensure patient safety in labeling and dispensing.
• Provide excellent customer service and team orientation.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Lead the pharmacy team and manage workflow and scheduling.
• Coach, evaluate, and support pharmacy staff.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
