Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team within our Retail locations. You will ensure safe dispensing, patient counseling and immunizations, while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality service.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling and onboarding, and partner with store leadership to optimize patient care and operational performance. This role requires a valid pharmacist license in the state and active NPI, with 1–2 years of pharmacist experience.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Provide patient care with counseling and immunization where permissible.
• Lead and develop pharmacy team, coach, and conduct training.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, inventory, and workflow to maintain safety and quality.
