• Oversee pharmacy operations and leadership of the pharmacy team.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Deliver patient counseling and immunization services.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to maintain talent pipeline.
