CVS Health in Armonk, NY is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a store pharmacy team and deliver exceptional patient care, immunizations, and safe dispensing. You will coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with store leadership to maintain service excellence.

This role requires an active pharmacist license, an NPI, no DEA exclusions, and 1–2 years of pharmacist experience. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations while upholding CVS workflow and patient safety.

Formación

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of pharmacist experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and CVS policies.
• Oversee bench shifts and coach staff for performance improvements.
• Immunize patients and provide pharmacist clinical care where permissible.
• Onboard new team members and ensure licensure training completion.
• Maintain inventory including cold chain and accurate dispensing.
• Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Provide counseling to patients and ensure safe dispensing practices.
