Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Pueblo, Colorado, to lead a team and provide direct patient care in a dynamic pharmacy setting. You will oversee clinical services, disease state management, and strive to optimize medication therapy while delivering excellent patient-centered care.

Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, you will drive operational standards, staff recruitment and development, and initiatives to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or NABP.
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice in good standing.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability.
