CVS Health in North Carolina is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop the pharmacy team, oversee bench shifts, ensure accurate dispensing, and provide compassionate patient care in a dynamic retail environment.

You will drive compliance with state and federal laws, manage inventory with a focus on safety, train technicians, and partner with store leadership to deliver high-quality clinical services and immunization programs.

Competenze

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Lead by example and coach pharmacy staff to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Interact with patients to provide counseling and resolve issues
• Ensure accurate prescription labeling and inventory management
