Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Santa Rosa, CA to provide empathetic, clinically-focused pharmacy services and lead a high-performing team. You will counsel patients, supervise compounding and dispensing, and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Bachelor-level pharmacist degree or Doctor of Pharmacy required.
Active pharmacist licensure in the relevant state(s) is required.

Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
Ensures compliant dispensing and adherence to state/federal laws and company policies.
Oversees staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews to improve service quality.
