Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, operations, software and insurance billing.
• Experience dispensing medications and knowledge of state/federal controlled substance laws.
• Leadership rating requirements if applicable; no recent disciplinary actions for internal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to ensure a positive experience and provide medication guidance.
• Counsel on usage, interactions, and OTC products; refer to providers when needed.
• Oversee compounding, verification, and medication management processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
• Support adoption of clinical services and patient outcomes programs within the store.
