Qualifications

• Pharmacy license and ability to obtain without federal sanctions.
• PharmD or MTM certification with ACPE course proof.
• Current Immunization Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty.
• Lead with coaching to maintain high patient-service standards.
• Organize workflow for efficient prescription filling and counseling.
• Deliver clinical services such as CMR, TMR, CMM, and immunizations.
• Develop LTC and specialty business with nursing homes and availing opportunities.
