Job summary

Thrifty White Pharmacy in Sidney, MT is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead clinical services, optimize patient care, and manage daily operations of the pharmacy. You will oversee medication dispensing, patient counseling, and processes that support Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx programs.

The role requires an active pharmacist license, PharmD or MTM certification, immunization and CPR credentials, and an NPI number.

Qualifications

• A pharmacy license or ability to obtain one.
• PharmD degree or MTM certification.
• Current Immunization Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• NPI Number.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Leads team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Dispenses medications, related supplies, and provides all clinical pharmacy services.
• Develops and follows up on LTC and specialty business opportunities with Marketers to grow the patient base.
• Participates in clinical services such as CMR, TMR, CMM and Immunizations to improve patient health outcomes.
