• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Experience with state and federal controlled substance laws.
• Demonstrated leadership and performance history

Responsabilidades

• Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions, generics, and OTC products.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and store performance metrics.
• Leads training and formal performance reviews for pharmacy staff.
• Collaborates with management to grow health services offerings
