This on-site role emphasizes compliance with state and federal laws, providing immunization services, and growing the pharmacy business through exceptional service. A Texas license and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Texas pharmacist license with immunization certification preferred.
• Willing to obtain LAI training within stated timeline.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds relationships.
• Serves as an expert to clinical staff and supports clinical outcomes.
• Counsels patients on medication use, adverse effects, and schedules.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and pharmacy policies.
• Performs wellness services including immunizations and vaccines.
• Drives pharmacy profitability and identifies growth opportunities.
• Coaches pharmacy staff and fosters a positive team environment.
• Leads talent recruitment and workforce planning for the site.
• Reviews KPIs and drives improvements and operational excellence.
• Builds relationships with community and clinic partners to grow business.
