Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team and ensure safe dispensing with strong patient counseling. You will collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes, oversee inventory, immunizations, MTM, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, with a contract-to-hire pathway and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have a Pharm.D. or equivalent and Missouri licensure.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing.
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience.
• Immunization certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, totaling 42.5 hours per week. The environment is fast-paced and patient-focused, emphasizing collaboration and compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $67.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
