Job summary
Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in the United States (Texas) to oversee the medication room and staff under the Director of Nursing. The role focuses on pharmacy processes, medication administration, and ensuring accurate operations in a clinical setting.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
- Must have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Must have and maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Administer medical prescriptions as directed by the health care practitioner and assist other healthcare professionals within the scope of practice.
- Receive and store supplies, verify stock, and maintain inventory records.
- Communicate necessary information to nursing staff, physicians, supervisory personnel, and other staff while protecting patient dignity and confidentiality.
- Assign daily duties to medication cart nurses and conduct weekly audits of medication carts and MAR’s.
- Assign and audit monthly MAR’s for changeover and filing while completing clerical and administrative duties as needed.

Working under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, this role supports the management of pharmacy processes and medication administration activities. The position provides direction to medication staff and helps ensure medication‑related operations are completed accurately and effectively.
