Trillium Professional is now seeking aPharmacy Manager – Hematology/Oncology for an onsite position in Boston, MA!

Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead Hematology/Oncology pharmacy operations within a leading academic healthcare environment. This individual will oversee daily pharmacy operations, lead and develop pharmacy staff, collaborate with oncology and hospital leadership, manage high-cost specialty medications, drive quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on operational excellence, patient safety, and advancing oncology pharmacy services.

Annual salary is $160,000–$180,000 + Negotiable Sign-On Bonus.

Key Skills

• PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required
• Licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts by hire date

PGY-1 Residency plus

• PGY-2 Specialty/HSPAL Residency, or
• PGY-1 plus 2 years of relevant experience, or
• 4 years of relevant pharmacy leadership experience

Qualifications
