Trillium Professional is now seeking a Senior Pharmacy Manager in Boston, MA for a direct-hire opportunity!

The Senior Manager, Pharmacy (Infusion) responsible for leading pharmacy operations within an oncology setting, with oversight of both clinical workflows and regulatory compliance. This role manages staff, compounding operations, and cross-functional collaboration to support safe, efficient medication delivery and patient care.

Annual salary is $188K – $200K.

Key Skills & Experience

• Pharmacy Leadership: 5+ years managing teams; hiring, mentoring, performance oversight
• Oncology Experience: 5+ years in oncology or specialty pharmacy required
• Operations Management: Ownership of daily pharmacy operations, staffing, workflows, and KPIs
• Compounding Expertise: Strong experience with sterile & non-sterile compounding
• Regulatory Compliance: Deep knowledge of USP <797> & <800>, QA, safety, and audit readiness
• Clinical Collaboration: Works closely with nursing, clinical, and research teams
• Technology: Epic (Beacon/Willow) or similar pharmacy systems preferred
• Process Improvement: Experience leading initiatives, SOPs, and quality programs

Requirements
