Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of rehab centers providing detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. The role involves coordinating medical appointments, medications, and records to support a compassionate treatment team on site at the Eastern Shore facility.

The position emphasizes strong communication, time management, and collaboration, with a focus on timely, patient-centered care within a comprehensive clinical program.

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments, transportation, labs, MAT injections etc.
• Oversee all medications, pharmacy orders and deliveries, and obtain prescription authorizations
• Maintain complete documentation of all appointments, labs, and medical records in EMR
• Collaborate with extended treatment team as necessary, escalating any concerns
• Ensure all services are provided in an efficient and timely manner
