Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• One year hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise department operations and daily administrative functions.
• Assist in staffing and workflow optimization (0.1-0.2 FTE as applicable).
• Lead medication safety initiatives and oversee related education and reporting.
