University Hospitals in Cleveland seeks a Supervisor for Pharmacy Formulary and Policy to oversee operations, develop policies, and advance medication-use initiatives.

You will supervise professional and technical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in budgeting and inventory management, and support new service development. Ohio-licensed pharmacist with Pharm.D. or Pharm.D. plus leadership training is required or preferred.

Qualificações

• Pharmacist licensed in Ohio (R.Ph) required upon hire.
• 1+ year of applicable pharmacy experience required.
• Prior supervisor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy information systems and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee professional and technical pharmacy staff in operational or clinical activities.
• Develop and implement policies for pharmacy operations in line with laws and regulations.
• Provide orientation and training for staff on job duties.
• Collaborate with departments on initiatives and patient care.
• Demonstrate fiscal responsibility through budgeting and inventory management.
