Job summary
CVS Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team. The pharmacist in charge will provide patient care, supervise pharmacy operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This full-time role includes immunization duties and collaboration with physicians and staff to support safe, effective medication use.
The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Pharmacy or B.S. in Pharmacy, maintains an active Oklahoma license, and meets PMP and DEA exclusions criteria.
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA)
- Listed on the state's pharmacy license as the pharmacist in charge
- Submission of required PMP information to register for PMP access (where applicable)
