• Overseeing pharmacy operations and providing guidance during bench shifts in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and following pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Contributing to positive patient experiences through counseling, immunizations, and teamwork.
• Maintaining compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and company policies.
