Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Verify prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide compassionate patient care and coaching to the pharmacy team.
• Offer and administer immunizations where permissible and support staff to immunize.
• Support inventory management with emphasis on cold chain products.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Assist with scheduling and write pharmacy schedules as directed.
• Maintain clinical and technical skills through ongoing trainings.
