Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information accuracy and patient safety.
• Provide compassionate patient counseling and high-quality service.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues; demonstrate active listening.
• Perform accurate calculations for dispensing and days supply.
• Address patient or colleague concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies, regulations and standards.
