Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or PharmD required and licensure in the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and insurance billing.
• Experience with state and federal controlled substance laws.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred; internal candidates tracked on leadership metrics.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medications, interactions, side effects, and proper usage.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Dispense and review prescribed medications in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, scheduling, and staff performance to ensure efficiency.
• Promote health services, immunizations, and patient outcomes within the pharmacy.
