Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and insurance billing.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, and OTC options.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including dispensing, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and manages pharmacy workflow, staff scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Maintains pharmacy systems knowledge, supports staff and patients with IT tools, and seeks productivity improvements.
• Analyzes performance data and oversees inventory, financials, and customer service metrics.
