Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Onboard and train new pharmacy staff and support cross-training.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Manage inventory, immunization services, and workflow to support safe dispensing.
• Coach, evaluate performance, conduct annual reviews, and maintain a positive team culture.
