Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pharmacy team delivering patient care and counseling.
• Ensure safe and compliant prescription fulfillment and immunization practices.
• Coach and supervise pharmacy staff, including onboarding of new teammates.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state Board of Pharmacy and CVS Health policies.
• Oversee inventory management and provide high-quality patient experiences.
