Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient care across the store. You will model SOPs, coach staff, manage day-to-day operations, and partner with Pharmacists to ensure optimal patient experiences.

This role requires at least 1 year as a Pharmacy Technician, state licensure where required, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent, as defined by state requirements.
• State licensure requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coach and mentor the pharmacy team to follow SOPs and workflows.
• Support pharmacists and manage daily operations for safe, accurate prescriptions.
• Deliver compassionate patient service across pick-up, drive-thru, and calls.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and reporting as needed.
• Support immunization services where permitted and trained.
