Job summary

CVS Health in Texas is seeking a Lead Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient service. You will mentor staff, uphold SOPs, and coordinate with the Pharmacist-on-duty while managing inventory and daily operations across the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Must comply with state board requirements and be 18+ as allowed by law
• State licensure requirements vary by state; apply as appropriate
• Strong patient-facing service skills and teamwork are essential

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist-on-duty with daily operations
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Coach pharmacy team and enforce SOP adherence
• Support immunizations and other health services where allowed
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts
• Travel to other market stores as needed
