Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to help Pharmacists and pharmacy team manage patient health.
• Coach the pharmacy team on workflow and procedures for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Create compassionate patient experiences at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Assist Pharmacist-on-duty with scheduling, communications, and reporting.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
• Oversee inventory activities and assist in annual inventories and cycle counts.
• Travel to other stores as needed to support market staffing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and CVS policies.
• Deliver additional patient health services like immunizations where allowed.
