Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Knowledge of basic math
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• 1 year of retail experience
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill customers’ prescription needs with high accuracy
• Administer vaccines as needed
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA)
• Maintain professional image and pharmacy standards
• Develop knowledge of the trade area and competition
• Create a positive pharmacy image through service and cooperation
• Monitor inventory, records, security and budgeting as per policy
• Maintain records for scheduled drugs and security
• Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products from authorized sources
• Utilize accuracy tools and audits
• Maintain proper signage and policy manuals
• Continually broaden pharmacy skills and knowledge
• Work cooperatively in fast-paced environments
• Manage conflicts professionally
• Act with honesty and integrity
• Support issues involving minors, special needs individuals, and older adults
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
