Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of Pharmacy Certified Technician experience within Kroger
• Must be 18 years or older
• Professional, dependable, positive attitude, good judgment, capable of leading a pharmacy team
• Self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills with colleagues and leaders
• Completion of relevant national or state registration, certification, or license as per state law
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Over 1 year of management or supervisory experience
• Support health and wellness initiatives
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities, excluding professional judgment
• Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing pharmacy processes
• Train and mentor new technicians
• Lead by example, delegate tasks, and support team standards
• Represent the store in meetings/huddles
• Manage scheduling and station rotations
• Complete the PIC Assistant process walk
• Prepare for offsite clinics and oversee inventory management

Salary Range: $24.35 per hour.
